Creator Code process
When a user enters a creator's unique code in the in-game store, the creator earns a commission on part of the purchases made afterward.

Receive your code
Receive your unique Creator Code by email from the program manager.

Show the code in content
Show the code in the description, subtitles, or mentions and explain that viewers can enter it in the store.

Viewer enters the code and purchases
Purchases are attributed to the creator for 7 days from code entry. After 7 days the code expires and the viewer may enter the same or another code again.

Settlement
At the start of each month, participants whose reward through the prior month is at least $100 receive a settlement email.
Creator Code rewards
- Calculated as purchase amount after store fees × commission rate.
- The base commission rate is 5%.
- Purchases made within 7 days after code entry are included; subscription products are excluded.
- The minimum settlement amount is $100. If the amount is below the threshold, it carries over to the next month.
- 10% of the settlement amount is held as a reserve and excluded from the payable amount.
- A settlement hold of at least 30 days applies. New creators are subject to a 45-day hold during the first 90 days of the partnership.
- If a user who entered the code receives a refund or cancels the payment, the corresponding commission is deducted.

Around the 1st–2nd of each month, participants with at least $100 payable through the prior month are notified.

Submit the information required for settlement.

After review, the bank transfer is completed on the final day of each month and the result is shared.

💰 Rewards & settlement
Can I change my code later?
No, an issued Creator Code cannot be changed.
If I run multiple channels, can I get multiple codes?
A separate code can be issued per channel—contact your program manager.
What if a viewer enters my code but does not purchase?
If no purchase happens, no commission is generated. Entering the code by itself does not pay a reward.
Does a buyer's refund affect me?
Yes—commission on refunded amounts is deducted.
Why are subscription purchases excluded from commission?
Creator Code commission covers regular in-app purchases (consumable/permanent items); subscription products are excluded.
If I join both View Reward and Creator Code, is settlement combined or separate?
It will be combined—rewards from both tracks are paid together in a single settlement.
🔍 Using your code
What happens when the code validity window passes?
The code expires automatically 7 days after entry. Users can re-enter the same code or enter a different one.
What happens if misuse is suspected?
If an abnormal payment pattern is detected, settlement for the affected amounts may be held for internal review, and payment is decided after the review completes.
